Oklahoma City, OK – December 3, 2008 – The 2008 Cinch^® NRHA Non Pro Futurity go-round ended late Tuesday night at the NRHA Futurity & Adequan^® North American Affiliate Championship (NAAC) Show in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The competition gunned for the high score and to be among the top 25 scores, plus ties, to advance to the final on Friday, December 5. By the day’s end, Samantha Griffin and The Chic N Whiz held on for a three-point lead in the Non Pro Division. In addition, winners were determined for the Non Pro Gelding Incentive Division, Youth Non Pro Division and First Time Non Pro Exhibitor / Trainer Award.

This award is paid to the highest placing first-time exhibitor in the go-round. In addition, the Trainer Award of $5,000 is paid to the highest placing first-time exhibitor’s trainer. In order to be eligible, the trainer must be listed on the First-Time Exhibitor coupon and be a member of the NRHA Professionals.
