Oklahoma City, OK – December 2, 2008 – The Adequan^® North American Affiliate Championship (NAAC) Show in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma held two more championship classes today in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma – the $1,000 added NAAC Novice Horse Non Pro and $1,000 added NAAC Novice Horse Open. The state of California dominated the day with both class winners having both owner/rider connections coming from the Golden State.

 

NAAC Novice Horse Non Pro

1. 216 / Dun Its Manhatten (Hollywood Dun It x Haidachino Cherry) / Kirstin Foran – Simi Valley, CA / John Booth – Anaheim, CA / Qualified at the NRHA Southwest Regional Affiliate Finals in Scottsdale, AZ / Dun Its Manhatten is a 2005 NRHA Open Futurity. Foran was a finalist in the 2007 NRHA Futurity in the Non Pro and Intermediate Non Pro Divisions and winner of the 2006 NAAC Open Freestyle, 2005 NAAC Non Pro Freestyle and 2005 NAAC Non Pro classes.

 

2. 214 / Espressolina (Significant Sonny x Pars Wild Honey) / Lindsey Bernbaum – Dufur, OR / Roxie Bernbaum – Dufur, OR / Qualified at NRHA Northwest Regional Affiliate Finals in Wenatchee, WA where she also won the Youth 14-18 class.

Foran is a three-time winner of the NAAC Novice Horse Open class.

 

2. 217 / Valentine Dreamin (Magnum Chic Dream x Miss Jessie Cat) / Johnette Burman – Hemet, CA / Wendy Anderson – Norco, CA / Qualified at the NRHA Southwest Regional Affiliate Finals in Scottsdale, AZ / Burman won the 2005 NAAC Intermediate Open class and was a finalist at the 2004 Derby in the Intermediate and Limited Open Divisions. Valentine Dreamin was a finalist in the 2006 NRHA Derby in the Intermediate Open Division.
